Pre-orders are eligible for cashback provided they are scheduled for shipment within 60 days of purchase, however they may not track to your account until shipped.
Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.

Amazon reports transactions based on item instead of combined cart value. If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will report as multiple transactions in your TopCashback account.
Purchases from Amazon US/UK are ok, provided you navigate & make the transaction via Amazon AU.
Ensure you disable plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole & VPNs prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback as they will prevent your order from tracking.
If you cancel / return / exchange / modify your completed order, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
