What else is essential?
- Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and wholly online.
What to do and when
- Any Missing Cashback Claims must be lodged within 100 days of your purchase.
What will stop me getting my cashback?
- Cashback is ineligible for purchases paid using a gift card.
- Cashback is ineligible on gift cards, concierge gold service extras, mobile extras & home services
- Cashback is ineligible on the following brands/products: Apple, ASKO, Miele, AEG, Neff, Bertazzoni, FFalcon, La Germania, Loewe, Playstation 5, Playstation 5 Digital Edition, Xbox Series X 1TB.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price on The Good Guys, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching will be ineligible for cashback.
- Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
- If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.
