  • What else is essential?
    • Cashback is capped at $225 per item for items in the following category; Business & Industrial
    • Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
    • Cashback is capped at $100 per item for items in the following categories: Motors & Real Estate
    • Cashback is capped at $550 per item excluding items in the following categories; Business & Industrial, Motors, Real Estate
    • Purchases must be completed immediately and wholly online.
    • Cashback may track at a lower rate, but will uplift once the transaction is confirmed by the merchant.
    • Cashback is only paid on legitimate Winning Bid or "Buy It Now" transactions. Cashback is not available on bids placed with a sniping service/tool.

    • Cashback is eligible when eBay gift cards are used as a payment method.
  • What to do and when
    • Any Missing Cashback Claims must be lodged within 100 days of your purchase.
  • What will stop me getting my cashback?
    • Cashback is ineligible for charity and non-profit items, travel and eBay Plus membership. To earn cashback on eBay Plus membership, seach for 'eBay Plus' in the TopCashback search bar and click on the 'eBay Plus' retailer page on TopCashback.
    • Payment of cashback will not be made on unpaid items with eBay, and persistent offending will result in termination of your TopCashback membership and forfeiture of all earnings.
    • Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
    • If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.
