Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting my cashback
  • Cashback is ineligible on any purchases made via Samsung's Enhanced Partnership Program (EPP), Samsung's Government Store, or Samsung's Business Store.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases negotiated via telephone, chat, email or any Samsung portal other than Samsung's official Australia Online Store (AU link only). Transactions must be completed wholly online.
  • Cashback is ineligible on entire order if applying any eVouchers towards payment.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.
What else is essential
  • Purchases via Samsung's Education Store are eligible for cashback (AU link only). For eligible members based on Samsung's T&Cs, after clicking the pink 'Get Cashback' button from TopCashback, navigate via the 'Shop/Education' link in Samsung's footer menu before adding items to cart.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.

Good to know
