My Cashback hasn't tracked to my account

Firstly, don't panic. It can take up to 7 days for these to be reported to us but if it hasn't tracked after these 7 days, this is what we call an untracked transaction and we can usually help you lodge an untracked claim with this. You can do this by visiting your Customer Care section of your account > Missing Cashback Claims > Lodge a Claim. If you find you're still having issues, just send in a ticket and we'll do what we can to get the ball rolling!
