What else is essential?
- In order to eligible for cashback, you'll need to activate your account by transferring funds into your Revolut account and completing a minimum of one transaction (funds transfer, ATM withdrawal, or currency exchange operation) within 30 days from signing up.
- Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and wholly online.
What to do and when
- Any Missing Cashback Claims must be lodged within 100 days of your purchase.
What will stop me getting my cashback?
- Customers who have previously been a Revolut customer before are not eligible for cashback.
- Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
- If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.
