If the individual making the transaction is a new member, the individual must first register as a member of TopCashback, prior to redeeming the 100% cashback at Woolworths deal.
The $20 bonus cashback offer at Woolworths offer is only available for new TopCashback members or those with no previous purchases or cashback through TopCashback.
This offer can only be redeemed once per household on a first come first served basis. If a member applies for the offer from the same household as an already successful purchase, it will be declined.
Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

Cashback earned in the $20 bonus cashback offer will not progress to payable status until approximately 14 working days after the promotion end date subject to a successfully tracked purchase.

You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Cashback redeemed from $20 bonus cashback, is excluded from Tell-a-Friend promotion thresholds. (Please see Tell-a-Friend page for more details).
Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

Cashback earned in the $20 bonus cashback offer at Woolworths offer may track at a lower rate initially and will uplift within 14 days of the promotion end date.
If the transaction for the $20 bonus cashback at Woolworths deal does not appear in your account, you can submit a claim. Any claims for this cashback offer will only be open for submission 14 working days after the promotion has ended.
Missing cashback claims must be lodged within 100 days of purchase.
