Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting my cashback
  • Effective 13/09/2026, cashback is eligible only on hotel bookings; flights; activities.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
What else is essential
  • Cashback is eligible on the accommodation or rental charge only and excludes all other fees (ie. booking fees, bonds, cleaning charges, taxes etc).
  • Agoda may adjust prices, discounts, and availability based on location and where you are visiting them from. This is outside the control of TopCashback.
  • For flight bookings, cashback is eligible on the base fare component only, and excludes all taxes & levies.
  • Engaging with 3rd party browser extensions, ad-blockers, VPNs, DNS ad-guards, enabling browser tracking prevention settings, and using browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • Ensure your shopping cart is empty prior to clicking out from TopCashback, and return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
  • Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.
Good to know
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If any part of an order is cancelled, returned, exchanged, modified, or credited, the entire order will become ineligible and cashback will be declined.
What to do and when
  • Cashback claims must be submitted within 100 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, any claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
