Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting my cashback
  • NBN Terms: You must be the property owner or primary leaseholder of the property signing up for these services. You must activate your NBN service and stay on an amaysim NBN plan for a minimum term period of 75 days to be eligible for cashback. amaysim retains the right to change or alter the terms of this offer. Cashback is only eligible for new amaysim NBN customers.
  • Mobile Terms: SIM must be activated within 20 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in cashback being declined. Cashback is ineligible on recharges to existing services, phones, phone deals, amaysim refer-a-friend (RAF) sales, SIMs bought from retail stores or outlets. Cashback is eligible for new & existing amaysim customers on purchase of a new service (SIM).
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of any gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
What else is essential
  • Cashback is paid once per order/transaction, regardless of the number of plans purchased on that order.
  • Cashback is provided by TopCashback, and not by amaysim.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
  • Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.
Good to know
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If any part of an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
What to do and when
  • Cashback claims must be submitted within 100 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, any claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
