Coles is one of Australia's leading retailers, operating over 850 supermarkets nationwide and serving millions of customers weekly. Customers can shop online to get groceries delivered to their door or easily pick up in store with Click & Collect.

Cashback is ineligible on liquor, cigarette & tobacco products; insurance; packaging; taxes; shipping & delivery; reseller activity.
Cashback is ineligible on orders modified for collection/delivery date more than 7 days after the initial purchase date.
Final Cashback amount will reflect modified orders and out of stock items. Cashback is only valid on final invoiced amount.
Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.
Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

Capped Cashback will be specified on a promo by promo basis.
Minimum spend for Coles fulfillment applies, unless a minimum spend is otherwise stated.
Increased cashback promotions are only valid for orders placed before 11:59pm AEST on the final day stated for the promotion period.

Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
If any part of an order is cancelled, returned, exchanged, modified, or credited, the entire order will become ineligible and cashback will be declined.

Cashback claims must be submitted within 100 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, any claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
