Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting my cashback?
  • Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • Payment of cashback will not be made on unpaid items with eBay, and persistent offending will result in termination of your TopCashback membership and forfeiture of all earnings.
  • Cashback is ineligible for charity and non-profit items, travel and eBay Plus membership.
  • If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.
What else is essential?
  • Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
  • Cashback is only paid on legitimate Winning Bid or "Buy It Now" transactions. Cashback is not available on bids placed with a sniping service/tool.
  • Cashback may track at a lower rate, but will uplift once the transaction is confirmed by the merchant.
  • Cashback is capped at $100 per item for items in the following categories: Motors & Real Estate
  • Cashback is capped at $225 per item for items in the following category; Business & Industrial
