We use BECS to send your Bank Transfer payout to the bank account you have specified. We aim to process Bank Transfer payout request every 1-2 working days, and then the bank will need to process the payment on their side. If you haven't received a payout within 7 days of requesting it from your TopCashback account then please get in touch with our Customer Service team and we can look into this for you.
