If your cashback has moved to Available, you can request a payout. This can be done through Bank Transfer, PayPal, or transferred to Reward Wallet to payout via gift cards.
To do this, go to Payout and choose your preferred method. If you can't payout, it's likely because no cashback has been made available.
If you have earned cashback through multiple retailers you can 'Withdraw part of my cashback'. There you can select which funds you want to withdraw. and once you’ve made a payout request you can make another one through a different method.
If you find that you can't use your desired payout option, you may need to press 'split payout by merchant', untick any restricted merchants, and wait for the amount to automatically recalculate. At present you cannot split the cashback amount from one merchant.
Providing you have some transactions which have become 'Payable', you can request a payout at any time, but only one payout type will be allowed per 24 hour period.
