Once your purchase tracks, most cashback will progress from in progress to available. Some cashback will remain in progress for a little longer because your cashback is approved before they pay us the cashback. When this happens, you can click on a transaction and see a note to let you know that ‘this retailer has authorised the cashback’ to give you assurance that everything is on track.
When your cashback is available, you can
withdraw through Bank Transfer, PayPal or gift cards via Reward Wallet.
We suggest adding your payment details earlier and then you're all setup and ready to request a payout as soon as your cashback has become available.
