When we’ve been informed that a merchant has gone into Administration, firstly the merchant may no longer appear on our site or alternatively if they are still trading may feature but with zero cashback offered.
This is an unfortunate situation for everyone involved. Whilst we will continue to pursue the funds we do feel it fair to advise members that in most cases the likelihood is that we will not receive these funds to pass the cashback to our members.
Please be assured that if we do have any further information on a merchant in these situations, we’ll advise you accordingly on your account.
