If your cashback is showing as in progress, this means your purchase has tracked successfully and is being checked by the retailer to make sure it meets the cashback offer exclusions and terms, and that TopCashback was the site that led to the sale taking place.
The time this takes varies between retailers. You can view the Estimated Payable Speed by clicking on the transaction in your Earnings page. As this is an estimate, based on past payout times it may change.
Once the retailer has completed their checks, your cashback will either:
Move to your available cashback balance, where it will be ready for you to request a payout.
Continue as cashback in progress, but show as approved by the retailer with the note "This purchase has been approved by the retailer."
This means the retailer has confirmed your cashback is valid but hasn't yet sent us the payment. Once we receive it, your cashback will move to your available cashback balance.
After your cashback is made available, you'll need to request a payout to receive your funds.
If you've already requested a payout and are waiting for payment, please see our payout FAQs.
Why is my cashback still showing as In Progress after the estimate has passed?
The date we show is an estimate. It's based on when the retailer last paid us, so it can change. Don't worry if your cashback is still showing as in progress. Our team regularly follows up with retailers to get your cashback updated as soon as possible.
