Cashback terms and exclusions

How does it work?
  • Members will only be rewarded a commission when their stay is completed at the booked hotel
What will stop me getting my cashback?
  • Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • Specialty-negotiated rates such as IHG Employee Rate, IHG AARP Membership Rate, Canada Government Rate, Chase Anniversary Night, Chase Free Night Flex Rate, and Groups and Meetings are not eligible for commission
  • Rooms booked and paid for by IHG One Rewards points (Rewards Nights, Royal Ambassador/Ambassador Rewards Nights) are not eligible for commission
  • Cashback is unavailable on any bookings for Six Senses properties, IHG Army hotels, and Kimpton properties in North and South America
  • Cashback may be declined if you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, e.g., Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount
  • Cashback is also not available at some IHG properties
  • If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.
What else is essential?
  • Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
What to do and when
  • Any Missing Cashback Claims must be lodged within 100 days of your purchase.
