If your booking reports into your account with $0 cashback, it's likely you applied a coupon code or purchased an ineligible item, against the terms of the retailer as set out on this page. Do not submit a claim as it cannot be honoured.
Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.

Klook may adjust prices, discounts, and availability based on location and where you are visiting them from. This is outside the control of TopCashback.
Any bookings made from outside Australia or perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie. using a VPN) will result in untracked or declined cashback. This is at the discretion of Klook (not TopCashback) and claims will not be accepted.
Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.

If any part of an order is cancelled, returned, exchanged, modified, or credited, the entire order will become ineligible and cashback will be declined.
