  • What else is essential?
    • Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
    • Purchases must be completed immediately and wholly online.
  • Good to know
    • Cashback is confirmed within 90 days after completed travel.
  • What to do and when
    • Any Missing Cashback Claims must be lodged within 100 days of your purchase.
  • What will stop me getting my cashback?
    • Bookings made in the TripAdvisor app are not eligible for cashback.
    • Bookings must be completed on the TripAdvisor page using the TripAdvisor price, bookings made on third party sites will not be eligible for cashback.
    • Members must book through Instant Book to receive cashback.
    • Only hotel bookings & Experiences (Tours, activities, attractions etc) with the TripAdvisor site are eligible for cashback. No cashback will be paid on virtual experiences.
    • There is no cashback on vacation rentals, flights, or restaurants.
    • Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
    • If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.
