Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting my cashback
  • Customers should use the Payment Type filter before selecting their car to view the Partial Payment option. If you choose Full Prepayment, cashback is calculated on the maximum eligible Partial Prepayment amount only.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
What else is essential
  • VIP Cars bookings report to your account excluding taxes & fees, and may show a further difference in purchase amount due to international conversion rates. This is beyond our control.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
  • Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.
Good to know
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If any part of an order is cancelled, returned, exchanged, modified, or credited, the entire order will become ineligible and cashback will be declined.
What to do and when
  • Cashback claims must be submitted within 100 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, any claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
