What else is essential?
- Cashback is only paid if a flight has fully flown and the booking has not been changed or cancelled.
- Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and wholly online.
What to do and when
- Any Missing Cashback Claims must be lodged within 100 days of your purchase.
What will stop me getting my cashback?
- Cashback is not eligible on ancillary products for hotels, cars, extra seats, baggage or insurance which are made through manage your booking, check-in or in non-flight related booking platforms.
- Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
- Cashback is not eligible for bookings that are paid partially or in full with Velocity Frequent Flyer Points
- If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.
